Return/Refund Policy

 

Returns

Shopping with FinestPicks is worry free, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you have 14 days from day the shipment is delivered, to return the item back to our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all included components.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as this could result in product being lost.

 

Need to return?! – Few points to remember:

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 14 days of the delivery of product
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place; items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at "claims@finestpicks.com".
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is approved.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to FinestPicks. In this case, an amount of US$10 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

 

Non-returnable categories – The following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery.

- Sleepwear

- Underwear

- Swimwear

- Beachwear

- Accessories

- Beauty products

- Socks

- Any freebies

- Opened & used items

- Food & beverages

- Items without tags

- Items damaged or malfunctioning due to misuse by customer

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at claims@finestpicks.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

Shipping

To return your product, we will provide you with the address of our warehouse nearest you.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
